HACC Innovative Solutions Manual | Innovative Solutions | In 2004, the NSW HACC DOs Network produced the first HACC Innovative Solutions Manual to showcase proven ideas for addressing common community care sector issues across NSW. This 2010 edition aims to ensure that the lessons learnt from creatively addressing common sector issues and problems in one area continue to be passed on to other areas. Resources related to each numbered Ideas Sheet are listed as separate Documents (still being uploaded by webmanager as at 3/12/10). |

| HACC Program Position Statement on Palliative Care | Policy & Guidelines | There have been concerns raised about whether palliative care patients are eligible for HACC services. This is because pursuant to clause 4(2) of the HACC Review Agreement certain services including specialist palliative care services are listed as outside the scope of the HACC program because funding is provided to such services through other government programs. Ageing Disability and Home Care (ADHC) and NSW Health have jointly developed a HACC Program Position Statement to provide clarification to the eligibility of palliative care patients for HACC services. |
